Since 2008 The Stone Chapel has distributed fresh produce to area families and individuals in need. Each Spring and Summer we obtain fresh produce directly from local farmers, then assemble and distribute boxes. Food is not picked up from the church. Please contact us for scheduled deliveries.
	Purpose To support the health, safety and dignity of all people. Provide groceries to those in need of supplemental or short-term food assistance. Funding During 2008-2010 we sold produce from the Chapel’s roadside stand and through retailers to fund the program. Currently, the food program is being funded by church rentals and private donations.
Clients Client families or individuals in need, are identified through personal recommendations. Each client’s needs are assessed, and food is provided accordingly. Clients will be notified of the delivery schedule. Please contact us if you need assistance or know of someone that needs help. We do not distribute food directly from the Chapel.
